34 days today my new journey began, I am now feeling more like ME again, I sleep through the night and feel refreshed when I wake up, my bloating has almost gone, I don’t have headaches anymore and I have lost some weight.

Although the main reason for trying Isagenix was to lose some weight all the above has been a welcomed too.

I don’t have hunger pangs, I love the shakes and really enjoy the back to back cleanse days, they are so much easier than I expected. The only cravings I have are for healthy food and not the sweet stuff, bread and pasta.

Here’s to the next days and maybe a few more lbs and cm’s lost………
